Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Wayside Church website at wayside.church and to text messages sent by or on behalf of Wayside Church. By using this website or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or enroll in the text messaging program.

SMS text messaging program

When you provide your mobile number and opt in, you authorize Wayside Church to send recurring automated or non-automated SMS or MMS messages to that number. Messages may include church announcements, worship or event reminders, ministry updates, volunteer coordination, schedule changes, and other communications related to the life of Wayside Church.

• Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of attending Wayside Church, making a donation, or receiving services.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on church activities and the communications you request.
• Charges: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, no additional messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or call Wayside Church at (508) 434-0401.
• Carrier responsibility: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Your consent and mobile information

Your consent applies only to communications from Wayside Church for the purposes described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers only as needed to operate the messaging program, support church communications, or comply with the law.
