Chase is a West Coast native who moved East to attend the Berkshire Institute for Christian studies in Lenox Massachusetts. After graduating from BICS, he went on to pursue further theological training through the Antioch School of Church Planting and Leadership Development. He met Kristin, his wife, and together they came to serve with Wayside Church in 2019. Together they have two children, Noelle and Benjamin and locally reside in the beautiful town of Woodstock, CT.

Owen Rushing was born in Laconia, New Hampshire. In high school, he joined the U.S. Army Reserve and served for nine years. In 2022, he attended a gap-year Christian school program at Berkshire Institute for Christian Studies (BICS). While in BICS class, he traveled to Israel for fifteen days, describing it as a great blessing to walk where Jesus walked. In August of 2023, Owen moved back up North to Massachusetts, where he currently serves as an intern at Wayside Church. His goal is to deepen his relationship with the Lord and contribute to Wayside's community.
